Unlike previous incarnations of our web site, we no longer use a special form to submit a request to make an online payment. To make an online payment now, you can simply send us a direct e-mail or a message from our Contact Us page stating that you would like to make an online payment, and you will receive an electronic invoice via e-mail with a special link in it to complete the payment process.

In your message, simply include the invoice numbers that you wish to pay. No need to include the balance due, invoice issue dates or due dates, all we need are the invoice numbers. The electronic invoice that you receive will contain details of the payment total and a link to a payment page on PayPal's web site. You will receive this electronic invoice within 24 hours of your request.

Here are some things to remember in regards to making online payments...

  • You are not required to have an existing PayPal account in order to make online payments, all you need is a major US credit card, or any debit card bearing a major US credit card logo such as Visa or Master Card.
  • Using an electronic check payment rather than paying by credit card or PayPal account can delay your payment up to 10 business days. This can result in an unavoidable delay in receiving the product or service that you are paying for, and can cause late fees to accrue on past-due accounts while your payment is waiting to clear.
  • Any invoice that is more than 30 days past due will be assessed a 5% surcharge when making an online payment. Any invoice paid within 30 days of its issue date will not be assessed this surcharge.
